Alexa Calling lets family members talk with their elderly loved ones with a simple Alexa voice command.
When it is set up correctly:
Elderly loved ones can say things like: “Alexa, call my daughter” or “Alexa, call my son”. For a complete list of commands available, check out the Alexa Calling Commands Section.
If the Family Member has an Alexa App installed on their phone, they will receive a notification from the Alexa App and can accept the call from within the Alexa App on their phone.
Family members can call back from their phone call log or converse live with their elderly loved one through the Alexa App.*
*Not supported on all devices, supported on iOS devices running the latest iOS.

Make sure your mobile phone number is:
- Added and verified

⭐ Important: This is the number Alexa will use for calls. It must match the number for the family contact added in Zemplee Contacts.
Step 3: Add or Update Contact Phone Number for the Family Member in Zemplee
If you already have a Zemplee account and have access to your profile, update your phone number with the phone number used in the Alexa App
