Overview
The Reports page gives you a summary view of your organization's access to reporting in one place. Use it to spot trends across Member groups, prepare for care meetings, share updates with your team and download data for analysis in external AI tools (LLMs).
For ready-to-use prompts that combine reports and summarize long-term trends, see the Zemplee AI Prompt Playbook.
To open Reports: select Reports in the left menu. Reports are grouped into six categories. Click any report name to open it.
Every report includes each Member's ID (MID), so you can find people quickly.
Available reports
Six reports are available, one in each category.

Best used for |
Alerts Summary |
Alert Summary Report |
A summary of Observations (alerts) by Member over a date range you have selected. |
Spotting Members with rising alert counts and reviewing how alerts were resolved. |
Activity Report |
Activity Summary Report |
A summary of a Member's activity (movements and actions), such as active and resting hours and room visits. It covers the current and previous month. Can be emailed to anyone directly from the platform using the Share button. |
Sharing or reviewing with the Member's family or clinical care team, comparing activity over time and catching sudden drops that may signal illness or injury. |
Fall Risk |
Fall Risk Report |
Each Member's fall risk score from the optional Fall Risk Scoring Tool. The score uses health details, fall history and sensor data, and updates as patterns change. Note: Requires the Fall Risk Scoring Tool to be turned "ON" (enabled) within the Member's Health/Demographics tab. |
Quickly seeing each Member's fall risk score and primary reasons for the score to prioritize fall-prevention check-ins and care plan reviews. |
Health Report |
Health Summary Report |
A summary of a Member's vitals from their vitals devices, such as blood pressure, resting heart rate and weight (formerly the RPM Report). Can be emailed to anyone directly from the platform using the Share button. Shows the reviewer's title or role. |
Sharing or reviewing with the Member's family or clinical care team, comparing clinical changes and supporting Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) documentation. |
Care Giver Report |
Unread Caregiver Instructions |
Caregiver instructions that haven't yet been read by caregivers checking in on the Member's Alexa device. |
Making sure every shift has seen new instructions before starting care. |
Daily Check-In |
Daily Check-In Report |
Each Member's Alexa Daily Check-In status and response time. Green = answered "Yes" (doing well). Yellow = answered "No" (a Call Request Alert is created). Blank = not completed. |
Following up on Yellow and Blank check-ins, and tracking Alexa engagement. |
Getting the most from Reports
Start your day with the Daily Check-In Report. Follow up on Yellow and Blank responses first.
Check Unread Caregiver Instructions at shift change. It's the fastest way to confirm everyone is up to date.
Review the Alert Summary and Activity Summary weekly. Look for changes from a Member's usual pattern, not single events.
Use the Fall Risk Report in care plan meetings. Turn on the Fall Risk Scoring Tool for Members you want included.
Share Health Summary and Activity Summary Reports with families or clinical teams. Use the Share button to email them directly from the platform instead of downloading and emailing.
Need something more real-time? All reports run on a 24-hour delay. For a live look at a Member's activity, go to the Daily Activity Page.
Need raw data or a spreadsheet? Download it from these pages:
Overview Page: Click a Member's name to open their Health Summary page. (This page is separate from the Health Summary Report.) You can download it for any time period in the Member's history. It includes both activity and vitals data.
Daily Activity Page (Vitals tab): See graphs for each vitals device assigned to the Member. You can also download a CSV spreadsheet of their vitals for any time period you choose.
