Enable the Daily Check-In by following the steps below:
What Happens Next
Once Daily Check-In is enabled:
- The Member will begin receiving prompts on their Alexa device during the selected time window
- Reminders will repeat hourly only during the selected time window until the check-in is completed
- Responses will be recorded and available in the Daily Check-In Report
- “No” responses will appear as an Alert on the Daily Activity Page
- If the Member indicates something is wrong, a Call Request Alert will be generated
