How It Works
Daily Check-In follows a simple, guided flow:
- During a set time window, the Member receives a check-in reminder on their Alexa device.
- The Member needs to say “Alexa, start my Daily Check-In.”
-
Alexa provides:
- Hourly reminders if the check-in is not completed
-
The Member is asked:
“Is everything okay?” -
Based on their response:
- ✅ Yes → Check-in is marked Green (all good)
-
⚠️ No → Check-in is marked Yellow, and a Call Request Alert
is generated
- Care teams can review all check-ins in the Daily Check-In Report in the Reports tab
Member Experience
Members will see and hear reminders directly on their Alexa during the check-in window.
Members then need to say “Alexa start my daily check-in.”
If the Member do not complete the Daily Check-In, reminders will continue once every hour until the check-in is completed.
