Setup/ Troubleshooting Checklist: How to turn on Alexa Alert Notifications for a Member
Confirm:
☑ The Alert is turned on for that Member (alert settings are correctly in place)
☑ Notification Profile created for Member
☑ Alexa Notification checkbox at the top is toggled ON
☑ Correct alert types selected (you may have to select In-App as well as Alexa)
☑ Timeframe and Days of Week configured correctly (times shown are in organization's timezone)
What If The Alexa Isn't Saying Any Alert Notifications?
Alexa device must be connected to the Member's profile.
Alexa device must be online to receive Alert Notifications on it.
Notification Profile must be in place for the Member.
