Release Notes – Platform Updates
We’re excited to share the latest enhancements to your platform experience! This release includes improvements to alert tracking, notifications, reports, and more to help you and your care team work more efficiently.
Improved Overview Dashboard
Fixed sorting issues for key columns including Total Active, Resting, and Kitchen Visits.
Feature Request: Retained column settings across sessions for a more consistent experience.
New Daily Activity Page Feature
Summary statistics now display total members with active alerts and total action required alert counts directly in the alerts widget.
Alert & Notification Enhancements
Alert Resolution Transparency
Feature Request: Resolved alerts' popups now show the resolving agent’s name, helping ensure accountability and clear communication.
Expanded Alert Types
Added “Out of Home” BETA (OOH) alert as a new configurable alert type in Notification Profiles.
Issue Resolved: In-app alert settings are now available directly on the Daily Activity Page (DAP) -> alerts that are hidden in-app no longer display on the DAP

Country Selection Support
