Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) allows for continuous tracking of blood pressure and other vital health metrics, providing real-time insights that help patients and healthcare providers make informed decisions. The following instructions outline essential guidelines for hypertension patients using RPM, ensuring better blood pressure control, timely interventions, and improved overall well-being.
Contact your RPM team or provider if the following symptoms occur:
- Severe headache accompanied by blurred vision.
- Syncope.
- Unrelieved chest pain.
- Nosebleed.
