Depending on the type of Command and Keyphrase used, the recipients can expect a few different results:
| Member Says | Result | Tips |
| “Call [Name]” | If setup as a contact in Zemplee, Alexa will call the recipient’s phone. If recipient does not have an Alexa App installed, call will show with an unknown caller ID. If recipient has an Alexa App, recipient can receive call within the Alexa App and initiate a conversation | If prompted by Alexa, Members should select “Alexa device” instead of “phone.” Members can also say “Call [Name]'s devices.” |
| “Message [Name]” | The recipient’s phone gets an incoming call from +1 (611) 347-2791. An auto-call narrates a message requesting them to call their loved one back. | Message [Name] works best with common names. If the name is not recognized, try using the relationship instead, e.g. “Message my daughter”. |
| "Message my [Relation]" | The recipient’s phone gets an incoming call from +1 (611) 347-2791. An auto-call narrates a message requesting them to call their loved one back. | Remind family to save the phone number as “Zemplee Alerts” or something recognizeable. |
| “Message my nurse” | The Care Team receives a Request to Call alert for that Member. | Opt to receive these alerts by mobile phone or email in your Notification Profile. Make sure you are set to see these alerts in-App in your notification profile. |
