How do I designate or change a primary contact?

All Contacts set to Level 1 on the Alert Protocol List will be designated primary contacts. To change the designation, simply change to Alert Protocol List Setting in the Contacts form to a value other than 1. Note: If the value is set to 0, the contact will be removed from the protocol list and will stop receiving alert notifications. Click Save.
