What is an Out of Home Alert?
The Out of Home (OOH) Alert notifies you when a member/client may have left their home.
This alert is triggered when:
No motion is detected inside the home for a set period of time, and
Door activity suggests the member may have exited the home (zemplee-inc.helpjuice.com)
When this occurs:
An Out of Home Alert is sent
The related Motion Alert is automatically resolved* by the system and labeled:
“System Resolved – OOH” (zemplee-inc.helpjuice.com)
*For residences with two or more monitored occupants, Motion Alerts will not be automatically resolved, they will continue to generate and be visible under Open Alerts.
What Happens When the Member Returns Home?
As soon as motion is detected again:
The Out of Home alert is automatically resolved
It moves to the Resolved Alerts section
Normal monitoring resumes
No manual action is required (zemplee-inc.helpjuice.com)
