In the Care Team tab, you can assign caregivers, clinicians, family members, or other stakeholders to a member’s profile.
Steps to Add a Care Team Member:
- Select a Role or Relationship (e.g., Nurse, Care Coordinator, Family)
- Search for the person by their name
- Click “Add User” or “Add Contact”.
🧠 Tip: Users or Contacts must be assigned to a member's care team to view their Alerts, Daily Activity Page (DAP), or analytics dashboards or to receive notifications about the member's alerts.
