What do the different Heart Rate alert descriptions mean?
A Heart Rate alert can either be High or Low based on current American Heart Association guidelines.
This (High/Low) description will be found in email, text, and/of on Alexa.
Descriptions of Heart Rate within Zemplee will include the actual Heart Rate reading.
Heart Rate Alert Ranges can be customized within the Alert Setting Tab. See Health Alerts sub-tab.
