Requesting a New Contact

To add a new contact, you'll need to reach out to the support team via email at support@zemplee.com. Prepare the following information before submitting your request:

  • Full Name of the Contact
  • Contact Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Relationship to the Primary Member
  • Desired Access Level (full or limited)

Contact Addition Process

Send an email to the support team at support@zemplee.com with all required details. The support representatives will review your request and update the account accordingly. This ensures that only authorized individuals gain access to sensitive account information.

Important Considerations

Remember that as a designated family contact, you cannot independently modify account settings. Always work through official support channels to maintain account security and privacy.
