What do the different Heart Rate alert descriptions mean?
A Heart Rate alert can either be High or Low. In very rare cases the alert will be neither high nor low, but “Atypical.” Atypical means that the Heart Rate and Respiratory Rate are in opposition→ 1 is High and 1 is Low.
This description will only be found in email, text, and on Alexa.
In-App descriptions of Heart Rate will include the actual Heart Rate reading.
